at last i have new intercoolers there well made a pretty big i have to day to the stock ones just need injectors now

one step a head of you there the wash bottle was removed ages ago and the exspantion tank is relocated the carbon canister is also gone :lol:

yes i will do mate am going to make of mod the stock ones to make the most of the new ones. i also have ducts to use on my 99 spec bumper were the the fog lighs used to be want much air as i can on the coolers

I foolishly bought a set of those ducts for my godspeed intercoolers, now I don't know how well they fit with a stock bumper, but it with the bomex bumper I have, I ended up hacking them to pieces, and i would have been far better designing from scratch. I though it would save me time. Lesson learned

so ther duct here are for a stock bumper. i think i will just make some from a sheet of alu can get it on ebay unless the ducks here wil fit like but am using a 99 bumper so have no if the ducts on ebay will for

I recon that only suits a 89 front. Tbh though it's just sheet metal. Get some card and mock it up then cut it out of some 1mm Ali sheet.

am thinking that like if the duct fit a 89 bumper i cant see it being much work to fit the 99 one failing that will make some like need to make the most of the size of the coolers washer bottle carbon canister and rad overflow bottle gone. so it all nice to flow better with all the crap gone, am also goig to open up the wheel liner so the air flow easy with noting to hit
