I will be travelling to Beaulieu via the M25 and M3 and could stop at the Cobham services (between J9 and J10 M25)

if there are any others who would like to convoy down to the event and plan to go that way round the M25.

 

It's about 1 hour 20 mins (80 miles) from the Cobham services to the Tesco's meeting up point for 8am to 8:30am,

so I will be at Cobham at 6:30am for 6:45am departure.

I'd love to be able to do this!! Unfortunately, no car and living in Ireland:no: make sure to get plenty of pics Andrew:thumbup1:

I might be able to time it, to meet with you all around the A34/M3 junction.....

 

My fastest route is either M4 to J11 and then A33 via Basingstoke to the M3; or M4 to J13, then straight down the A34.

Andrew could meet you at Cobham, or hook up with you somewhere along the M3 Fleet would be handy

Fleet would be better for me also, do you think would we be able to amend the itinerary to meet there Andrew? It's just short of 60miles to Beaulieu from Fleet but I'm happy to meet at a similar time to give us some time for traffic etc. otherwise 06:45 at fleet for a 07 :00 departure?

Fleet is fine by me too with 7am departure which will get us to Tesco Applemore at about 8am.
