Back from SNR Motors with new t belt kit fitted new Japspeed radiator, alternator refurbished and bearing in aircon pump replaced. Big thanks to Neil at SNR for doing a top job :thumbup1:

The old belt was like new and all old pulley's were working fine. Will put some pics up later

Checked invoice and it cost £22 for two bearings plus time to fit it. Only one is needed so I have a spare one. This along with the alternator was making the noise I could hear and the alternator had a complete refurb and the A/C pump just had a bearing replaced which had almost completely seized. Below is a pick of the bearing used in the A/C pump

The belt was done in January 04 and had about 15000 miles on it so not many miles but 11 years old. On inspection the belt looked like new along with all three pulleys.

I love these threads!

So do I  Forgot how hot it gets under the bonnet when I dropped my daughter of at a club in the city center then drove home  and parked the Z in the garage and as usual I opened the bonnet to let the heat out. Two hours later and the garage is like a sauna :sweatdrop:
