I still keep an eye on cars at auction. Thought I will share pictures of some that I like if it interests anyone else. Can't see sale prices, unfortunately.

It's been for sale for a few years that, got an email from Marumaru fam in Jap selling it - utterly insane setup from front to arse.

JUN Auto entered the USA Bonneville Speed Trials in 1991 with the JUN-Blitz 300ZX in the E/BMS class. The car

ran a record 260.876 mph becoming world champions and setting a record that still remains unbroken.

Short videos of the Blitz, TBO and JUN Auto teams preparing for the Bonneville Salt flats. They are in Japanese

but you can get the jist. Great soundtracks of engines at full chat...

Rear bumper really works with the facelift front and skirts.

I disagree. The way it flares out at the back and those strangle winglets that hang down - I think that bumper extension is a bit of an awkward mess.

There are nicer ones for sure. The stock rear bumper just leaves something missing on the version R.

What sort of money would that white auto tt version r be these days?

Maybe 15k? They're difficult to judge but auto always goes for less.

Just shy of 300,000 KM, and people say they're unreliable!

The Japanese actually look after their vehicles and maintain them correctly with quality components. It's generally why almost all fresh imports are in good order. Once they get over here though, they're often run on a shoestring with low quality part, incorrect maintenance and dodgy engine modifications.

I am a strong believer that if looked after correctly, they're very reliable. :)

Bet it gets clocked if it arrives in the UK owned by certain dealers

And now for a dealer special...

1999 GCZ32 version R (manual, twin turbo) with only 38,000 KM. Asking price of about £25,000. This garage always has the best cars.
