Slightly jumping the gun, however I've sent the mail today to start organisation for our club stand at the event. It's on the 2nd of August and the link is here;

Same price as always at a very reasonable £10 for access to the motor museum and grounds. The event will encompass a few zclubs and is always a good turnout normally over 30 cars and z32s are not a massive minority. If the demand is there a pre event cruise to the venue will be organised. Bear with me details will start coming through in more concrete form, at which point il be asking for names, is a very casual family event though and tickets are usually available on entry for the commitment phobic.

Entrance is slightly earlier than last year at 9am. If you wish to travel the last few miles in convoy like previous years. The rally point is as follows, please be there at 8 with the intention to be leaving around half past to quarter too.

I get back from my euro trip a few days before, so as long as the car makes it back unscathed, I'll be there

It's only a quick 5 day jaunt. Spending 3 days in Brig in Switzerland to spend time exploring as many passes as possible (Grimsel, Furka, Gotthard, Susten and a couple of others) then up to the Ring for a couple of days. I've put off a trip to the Alps and the Ring for too long, decided while it's not the big 2 week 3000 mile road trip I've had planned for the last 6 years, it's better than nothing!

That sounds like a lot of fun Nick! Are you going with others or a solo trip? Simon,Joel and myself did a 5 day trip last

year to the south of France and had a blast (we posted a thread up here). Look forward to reading about your trip and

seeing the photos.

Going with my two besties, one in a Gen 1 Legacy turbo with a 2.5 forged engine I built and the other in his 83 Porsche 944 that I'm helping him refurb.

 

There will deffo be pic and hopefully a bit of drone footage of us on some of the passes. Si told me all about your trip, pics were superb
