Hi trying to change the gear oil but I can't get the filling plug out I've tried alot of leverage I'm afraid of breaking something can anyone advise me what to try next. Steve

That's what I used but was afraid I might break something I'll try again,

Try and shock it off mate, hit the bar with a mallet (be careful though :D)

No you wont break it, its quite a thick threaded bung, make sure the you use a short extension and make sure its seated well into the hole, more chance of rounding off the square hole than anything.

forgot to mention, try to undo the filler bung first mate

just to make sure that your able to get some in after you've emptied it :)
