Car went into the garage today but as usual nothing goes to plan lol.

 

Already got Nistune installed previously so today should have been the aem upgrade fuel pump and yellow 555 injectors.

 

But, everywhere I try doesn't have a new upper intake/plenum gasket part number A4033-30P22, going to try MJP tomorrow as my last hope, was closed today by the time I called.

 

The injectors need some kind of different connectors I believe, the guy mentioned some kind of Denso bottom feeder thing but I really don't have a clue lol, they are trying to source them, but can anyone here offer help?

If you already bought these, have them flow/spray tested before install.

In many cases they are NOT flow tested (although stated) and have a flow pattern that's worse then a broken shower head.

That's why I was querying them too, if they are the eBay ones that I saw, look at the price, that alone tells you they are rubbish.

Have you investigated the possibly of using 550cc side feed jecs from a scooby? They are pretty cheap to pick up. Obviously you would need the adapter and plugs. Might be worth some research on your part. I'm thinking about going that route myself, from what I've worked out it would be cheaper by a long way to buy them and have them tested and cleaned etc.

Injectors have been tested here, working perfect, was sure they would be fine as the feedback over 6 years from the seller has been bang on.

 

All parts now ordered, so hopefully be sorted soon once they arrive.
