Guys,

I want 18's bad,

But whats the choice ?

Been everywere I can think of, TSW, BBS, OZ, and many more. Where did you lot get yours?

I've even sent mails to there customer depts to get a choice of suitable models, absolutly no response at all.

Been to the usual harry's & mots, "wot car are the for" " hugh wots that then - sorry mate".

Tony, Craig, george and anybody else give me a number or site name to go on please, this is getting rediculous.

In an ideal world I would find:.... 5 spoked, polished dished, ctr nut. Similar to a 355 GTO in 18's.

C'mon guys give us some links.

Thanks

harve.

Harve mate,

I wish I could help you out. The ones I've got are 17" and came with the car.

Tony's got 18inch wheels if I remember rightly. Come on Tony where are you to answers Harves question??

Tony - Hope you are well mate and the tints and all the other mods are looking good and working nicely.

Do you boys have any standard rims or 17" with a good bit of rubber on them?? If so let us know and for how much, I need 4 please.

Laterz.

Give Elite Wheel and Tyre a call (I haven't got there number but they are based in Rainham, Essex). They have a big selection in there. I bought a set of Kosei Snipers (10x18 & 8x18) a few months back. They do all sorts though. If you want the deeper dish or split rim style, go for something like Blitz - but be prepared to take a second mortgage on them!! I think they are about £500 a shot (exc. tyre!!)

Andy,

I think these are ATS Planet 2 wheels.

I have them on order right now. They should be here any day now...

I just hope they'll fit...

I ordered 8.5" wide rims for the front and 10" for the rear.

Maciej

bear in mind i have the best set of wheels on this planet.. but they are 17's so unlucky for you lol,, i recon volk racing make the nicest looking rims for the 300zx

Yep, this one is doing my nut in at the moment aswell, went onto Konig site yesterday. Nice wheels on there, shame that all the text is in German though...well it would be wouldn't it being a German site!

AndyP,

Those wheels look like TSW Trophies to me, in fact if you look closely at the centre I swear it says TSW on it! I went onto TSW's site also, they're quite good as you can enter you car make and model and it spits out the wheels that will fit.

Also, Blitz wheels...oh they are the dogs danglies, but if you go onto blitz-uk.co.uk you'll find that they are more than £500 large ones...try closer to 700ish. However, they do cheaper ones also.

Thanks for the elite web URL, have been looking for them for ages. They are probably the largest stocker of wheels in the UK.

Harve, try Max Power ads aswell, might mean that you have to wear some baggy, raver type denim jeans with purple Ohms all over and a Nike baseball cap, but it will be worth it!

Tim

;-)

...sorry, I stand corrected, they're not TSW Trophys(evan speld et wring!)LOL!

They do look similar bar the two piece construction. Would Porch 928 cup alloys fit a Z? They have to be the nicest wheels I've ever seen, wanted a 928 but not the 5 litres that comes with it!

Tim

;-)

Is the width a real problem, I've noticed that some people are fitting different widths to others whether it be front or back?

Also what is most frustrating is seeing a really nice alloy and finding that they don't do our size in width etc. Bummer!

Tim

18" BBS RS11s look good. 10 rear and 8.5 front although they do make the stock discs look a little undernourished! Useful fitting on them is polished stainless steel rim ring that can be changed if any minor kerb damage is sustained

Contact BBS direct. They do wheel tyre packages. Got a receipt somewhere if you want contact details. Cost almost £2k a set with Falkens!

Andy,

I got them (not yet...) through a swedish company here in Stockholm.

They are made in Germany though.

You can order any offset and bolt pattern you want.

They said the delivery time would be around 1 month but it's been 2 months since and still no wheels in sight...

The price was ~370£ a piece incl. 25% VAT (290£ excl. VAT).

They're not cheap but I really wanted 10" rear wheels and they don't come cheap...

Maciej

Mr. Viking,

Got any contacts, like web page for the manufacturer etc.

Does anybody know whether they are sold in the UK ?

Thanks

Andy,

Their website is http://www.ats-wheels.de/

The ATS trademark belongs to this company -> http://www.alustar-wheels.de/

In the dealer section I've found:

Janspeed Racing

Castle Road Salisbury

SP1 3SQWiltshire

Great Britain

Fon: 00044 1722 411155

Fax: 0044 1722 412308

The wheels are also available through http://www.wheel-machine.de

Hope this helps you out.

One remark though, before you order the wheels, wait till I get mine...

We'll see if the offset is right then.

They didn't know the right offset for the Z themselves.

Exelent stuff guys,

Andy / Droop, can I have a link of the pic's you posted.

Cheers

harve.

Guys,

The links seen to be of the wheel pic only

not the seller!

I cant seem to make an enquiry etc.

Warren where did you get yours, or whats you address te he.

The best that I've seen are the OZ optima dish's and the last two pic,s from above.

The only site i've found to put the wheels on the car is OZ, anyone know of any more.

My cheeky B*std mates have knicknamed the car as a Zanussi twin tub!!!

But they still don't mind being taken to a (HOT) pub in it. - The first rounds gone by the time the 2 get out of the back though.

Sites welcome.

harve
