never thought I would like an auto box but it seems ok changes quick when putting foot down and feels smooth changing gears, don't get me wrong iam not saying its better then a manual just better than I thought lol. set off quick from a stand still in first and changed to second and back end steps out the old girl moves for a big car:).

car seems a lot quick than my old uk tt manual wounder if its mapped as its had exhaust and filters etc:) looking forward to taking it out again tomorrow:)

I do miss the kickdown from my old auto, it probably feels quicker because its doing it all for you, not saying you are a crap driver :lol:

Ultimately though - pretty much everyone on here will always agree, just buy the best example of a 300zx you can; regardless of the auto vs manual or UK vs J-spec debates.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I had mine to over 456bhp & 481lbft before it gave up. Lots of dyno time & trips up the drag strip.

Try it but manually change while giving it the full beans , that,ll show you how good it can be ! :scared::scared:
