HKS air filter adapter help

Hi all,

 

wondering if someone can point me the right direction or a link to ebay etc

 

Ive got a HKS Mushroom filter, but that alone,

 

I have no adapter plate for the MAF or fittings, and obviously looking to fit it

 

Help would be appreciated
