As title. Have small bit of rust coming out from unde the trim, so just want to remove the trim to get it repaired.

Seems to be joined to the rest of the window trim though. Is it possible to remove without taking off the whole lot?

The rear quarter trim is held in by the 3 pop fasteners down the forward edge, a screw under the bench seat and a screw at the top rear which is concealed by the small round trim blank.

Once these are out you will need to pull the trim out at the bottom to slide it down and out from the window trim (it slots up into the window surround trim), manoeuvre the rear seatbelts free and unclip the front top and bottom halves of the trim to remove the front seatbelt.

Ah yes you're right, I do apologise I was explaining the interior trim. I did wonder but it now makes sense about your rust area!

The exterior trim should just pry up and out of the clips that are bonded in with the rear quarter window. Unfortunately the rubber seal that extends round and onto the moulding is not replaceable so you will need to carefully remove this first to preserve it for refit.

Yes, it's the rubber seal stuck to the moulding that confused me. Will have to carefully slide a blade under to separate it I guess, then glue it back as suggested on the link Gary gave.

Or you can remould it using sugru if you`re feeling creative

Sugru?

This stuff - however, I'd sooner use black bonding than what appears to be Playdough.

Trust me it`s great..starts off like playdough then over night turns into rubber. I just made a new button for my pugs remote with it. My rubber ends on those trims have perished so i`ve made new ones. black is the same shade as oem too. I made sure to smooth the ends with a butter knife. This stuff could repair roof centre panel ends too.
