they did say 324mm x 30mm

R33 brembo disks are 30mm thick. You need to check that the offset from the disk surface from the hub mounting is the

same for the R33 and 350Z.

offset? ant got a clue. but they do say there 324mm x 30 mm

Andrew has bigger brakes and has more experience then I do,

I reckon there be ok but check with andrew about offsets,

Can u not just buy skyline disc to be sure,

right i now go and see if i cant find the offset between the z33 disc and the gtr r33 disc

right my old disc are in garage so i just taken a measurment they were 280mm x30 mm amd an off set of 24mm i think

my larger ones on my car are 324mmx 30 mm and have an offset of approx25sh but cant be acurate cas there on the car and i also have a clearence from the brembo of about 15 plus mm from the caliper egdge to the wheel. so they should fit. if the z33 ones are roughly the same. so ill go and have a look on flebay. back in a mo

OK, here is the Brembo specs for the 350Z:

http://bremboaftermarket.com/En/Car_Disc_Catalogue/Catalogue_Detail.aspx?ApplicationIDMaster=282837

and the diagram:

http://bremboaftermarket.com/En/Car_Disc_Catalogue/Catalogue_Detail_Image.aspx?Code=7f2049cb-0657-4a22-8f1c-5dbec326e708

You can see that the offset is 11.4mm.

For some reason the Brembo catalog doesn't have the specs for the R33/R34 discs.

It's different , roughly 5 mm by memory. I know cos I had to adapt my spacers.

adapt your spaces.? what did you do to then?.

i think ill be alright then because of my claerence gap between the wheel and caliper, theres a approx a 15mm apace so shouldnt need spaces.

Here is the Tarox catalog for Nissan which does have both R33 and 350Z discs listed:

nissan.pdf (scroll down)

The critical measurement is "D" (overall height) - Tarox use this rather than offset, but they are the same in principle.

GT-R 2.6 Twin Turbo 24v (R33) 1/95-1/99 F V 2103 324.0 30.0 28.0 59.0 68.0 5

______________350 Z 3.5 V6 24v 02-09 F V 2104 324.0 30.0 28.0 49.0 68.0 5

So they are indeed different disc profiles. You would need to move the caliper centre line to be able to use the 350Z disc.

No, what he means is the disc has a different offset so needed a 5mm packer to line up the disc and calliper to the same position, so they line up.

ok so in that case then i can get a 5mm brace steel bar with two holes in in made up in a machine shop if i give the calipers to them. yes

I dunno if it was exactly 5mm just gaz said above about 5mm if he remembers correctly. You would need to check it.
