I agree. They do look better with the t-tops on, but in the summer when the weather is good, they GOTTA be off! :)

Yeah I totally agree with above comments regarding slick tops and 2 seats. I really don't get why a slick top is more desirable cos it's the same as every other car out there.

And the rear seats, although small, are pretty useful.

 

I will however look to get the bumper repaired. It's not actually as bad as the picture makes out in terms of noticing it while driving. But I agree I should get it fixed.

 

And I think a lot of people to a hell of a lot of work to their cars including taking engines out or taking out the hicas and big body kits. For me buying a car I want as little work as possible done to it so I know nothing has been done on the cheap compared to oem.

 

Plus then you can add your own bits if you want to.

 

And this forum can be very negative I find, I nearly didn't list it on here at all as I have always known this to be the case.

Some people are normal and give opinions in a normal way and some people just seem to love to argue and troll.

 

And yeah that red car is nice and clean but still a 1990.

99-spec or original TT bumper with that QN0 paint would finish it off nicely IMO I think with that, the car would be perfect!

I like the 99 spec bumper but I never had the original. It came from japan with the trust one. I like it but I might choose something else if I was replacing it.

I'm waiting back on a quote for a fix and respray.

 

QN0, is that the code or just part code?

QN0 is the paint code for the other pearl white (the newer version to which yours is). The earlier one, to which mine was originally painted was KH6 which is the more creamy pearl white. I've had mine repainted another colour.

Oh that's handy to know, cheers for that.

For clarification though, it will say on your VIN plate under the bonnet. See where it says 'Color/Trim'.
