Well after 8 years owner ship of our trusty Nissan Marano its time for a change,so i says to the wife what car would you like? bearing in mind we not need a large suv anymore,so i says what about something like a diesel!!! a nice ford focus estate maybe?so we ring the dealer....have you got any focus estate"s we could test drive?yes sir,so of we go down to fords,where there is a nice shinny cdtdi,well next to it is a nice shinny focus estate ST_3,wooooo thats nice she says,yes but we are here for this one,so the sale guy Ryan says you can take this for a test drive if you like,so of we go,yes really nice car goes great,so the diesel never got a stiff,now she's the proud owner on Friday of this Focus ST3,well i carnet complain suppose i would of done the same:),and I'm not aloud to drive it:shifty:

LOL - probably for the best Gray.....

 

......I'd not Julia near any of our cars in attempt to clean them!! I am pretty fussy and don't let anyone else near them for that matter - I always tell the garage not to clean my car when it goes in for service. I'd rather forsake a free wash and vac, than spend the next few weeks polishing out swirl marks and scratches caused by poor cleaning techniques!!

Interesting! I didn't know they did a diesel version of the Focus ST! I am probably going to replace my Leon FR 170 toward the back end of the year and I am quite liking the current Focus. I want a diesel, this ST looks like a nice idea of I can get it with an oil burner!

 

EDIT! I re-read what you'd written. I guess the ST3 is a petrol only.

Sorry si yes they only do petrol,i was trying to steer her towards a diesel but it back fired on me,(not literally),but you get good mpg on the new ecoboost,don't be to quick on disregarding it:) and its hell of a car when pushed.
