Hi all,

I'm sure a long time a go I read a thread on a how to convert a TT pump to an NA.

I may be going mad but I can't find a link or thread in the search menu.

Does anyone else remember or know where to find it?

Thanks Dan

Not sure why you would go to the trouble of removing the pump and take parts out when re-routing the hicas feed pipe back in to the reservoir is all that is needed??

Why not just use an NA pump? Taking the tt pump apart isn't that bad at all, I've got a rebuilt one on my shelf. Still have the body hanging there doing nothing though.

It's only because I have a few TT pumps laying around that I can work on.

I may just do the quick fix for now but in the long term after various other bits i want to do I'd rather do the job properly ;)

What I've done which made life very simple and tidy was. Take the solenoid to PAS pot banjo fitting, bolt this to the rear banjo fittin on the pump which is the hicas take off. This then creates a nice short circuit that the pump simply feeds straight back to the pot. No adapters needed or messing around just utilising what's there. You will need a bit of hose, but that's it.
