Managed to get a larger oil cooler for the TT, but it comes without lines or fittings, now can anyone tell me how to fit this or what i need to plumb this into my stock lines.

Is just the bare cooler? No fitting kit, ie nothing to screw on the in and out? Most cone with a 90 degree hose tail that screws on and you push the stock lines onto that. If not you will have to source the bits. A local hydrolics place is likely a good bet.

thanks, its just the cooler as shown, so i need the end bits? is there anyway to tell what size ill need? as i dont understand the measurements.

Take the cooler into the shop explain you want to go from rubber pipe to that. Someone may be able to tell you the diameter, I've forgotten off the top of my head. 12-14mm rings a bell.

how much larger is it ?

you don't want to overcool, your oil that why a lot of kits are thermostatically controlled.
