... Struggling to get my head round it. What it sounds like is you've cut the high pressure feed line the rack from the pump. You want a Jspec high pressure line.

You need to make the ends of the pipe a bit wider and a hose with jubilee clips will do the job. Mine is done that way for a year now and no problems

its runs from the pot in the engine bay its rubber hose that bit then its goes to metal runs along the front of rad rite next to the engine oil cooler

yes am going the get a flare kit and some power steering hose hope that's going to be strong

I have moved my power steering pot from engine bay so i cut that metal pipe. Don't need a flare kit. Long nose pliers stick inside the metal pipe rotate a couple times. Job done :)

sounds good will give it a go then were did you buy your power steering hose from

Ahh that one. I believe that loops down through the nose then out the back. If it returns to the pot it's low pressure, so should be fine.

on the pot witch out let is the high pressure the bottom or top

low pressure Dan...i done the very same thing in my current zed cutting off an old bolt with a 1mm wheel... cut the pipe through and piece in high pressure fuel hose and clips and its all good.

The reservoir is feeds the pump via a 22mm diameter line which is low pressure, two high lines come off the pump one to the hicas ultimately and the other to the ps rack. These then return to the resi pot, obv one via the HICAS. Arnt you deleting the hicas soon?
