Welcome to the club mate :-) what happened to Rob? Had a couple of meets with Rob, he organised a dyno day for us had a great time, last I herd he had taken the car of the road to do a few jobs on the car.

I've seen that Zed in a driveway on Tarvin Road in VX...black vielside? :)

Squee was right the car was on a driveway on Tarvin road, for many years. Not a veilside kit tho some spurious eBay job!

Yeah i did just before Christmas. I think he may have bought the engine off someone on here ?

He did indeed... he bought it off me! Unfortunately, I never fitted it in mine... bought it from someone on here in Glasgow who'd abandoned his build after getting banned... it was originally Kirbz' engine - you'll probably find some posts if you search - he had decent power from it.

How's the car running? Was a while back when I went in it, but was going well - just needed some fine tuning.

Ha he said he'd bought it off someone on a forum. Do you know any history of the engine? It's running ok at the moment. I'm trying to get my head round nistune before attempting to advance the timing a bit in the quest for bit more poke. I bought it off rob with no test needed a few bushes at the back and a coil spring, the clutch is awful!use it as often as I can when it's dry which isn't much these days.
