I was trying to find it the other day as I'm sure we had a banner to start using it a few weeks ago. Sure it was split out into multiple sections and the like, that or I was imagining it!

Looks like it's a moderators' rights only forum. Maybe Lee's only just put it up there? Sure it wasn't there yesterday?

It's a "work in progress" at the moment folks....

 

When Lee launched the classifieds section the other month, most people did not use it and continued to post in the old "for sale" sections. So whilst we probably all agree that some kind of formal selling template system is the way forward (and should help both seller & buyer in the process), we need to implement the new system and phase out the old.....

 

So Lee is devising a solution to do just that!

Selling template is good. We employ the same methods on the US forum. Works well.

That section is for the comments of the whatever classifieds that are posted in the new sections.

 

It will be permanently locked and new threads get created by the system as things get added for sale.

 

The systems up and running again and can be accessed from the top toolbar.

 

Eventually we will disable the old sale thread for new posts so that everyone will have to use the new system.

Just like to keep you all on your toes !

That's the plan but the new system has to work properly before we do that.
