Well here we go again,what started life as a rusty patch around a penny in size turned into this:-(

Amazing what lies beneath,and to be fair targra drains are clear.

Now engine is running time to tackle the body work ready for respray and decals ,,company names of course,300 recycling on one side and safer surfacing on the other.

Indeed - and it also goes to show that J-spec cars are now just as likely to have rust issues as UK spec ones.....:ohmy:

Do you use it all year round?

 

No mate only had it from Andy Isherwood a few months now,turning it in to a track day car,just got it back from jeff who worked his magic on it to bring it back to life:-),now doing body work ready for spray and getting it ready for racing:-),this was how i got it engine stripped and interior stripped,but slowly going back together.

that pic from the top gives a good indication of just how complex the inner sill sections are in there construction...looks like its going to be a very good repair too:thumbup1:
