No worries mate, your not the first and no doubt not the last

You can buy and post, but cant swap or sell until subscribed, worth it in the long run if youre planning on sticking around

welcome to the club mate. theres no choice to be made, 300 every time

Oi, oi, oi, 666 is mine.....PMSL. Welcome to the club buddy. Ask away if you need to know anything, we have a wealth of knowledge and great information on here (not me though)....lol. Out of your list, I would choose the Zed every time, but test drive all of them and see which one best suits you, the Zed is the better car though, but I guess most folk on here would say that.....lol. There are always some Zeds for sale on here too, so if you don't get the one you are looking at, then keep an eye on the classified or cars for sale thread on here, you will pick something up. Do you know what you are after LWB or SWB, slick top or targa top TT or NA, manual or auto? What sort of budget are you looking at? Will keep an eye open for you.

Welcome Devil, was going to point you in the direction of here over on .info (I'm The Roblin).

Have a look around and if you need anything send me a PM over on the BMW forum as you can't here.

Sent from some fruity branded product in my hand!

Isn't that Leo's car? If it is it's got a jimmer block in it, looks a good car for the money, late spec rebuilt clean etc potentially rapid with the right mapping.

Sorry buddy, LWB= long wheel base (4 seats), SWB= short wheel base (2 seater) TT Manual, good choice. Slick top has no removable roof, targa top two panels in the roof come out, you can actually get a convertible, but these are few and far between, as are the slick tops.

Ahh... The SWB and LWB all make sense now! Should of guessed!

I'm happy with either Targa or slick...

Is it true about Jap cars and there interiors being cheap? As my main thought is so longs it's all black and how many companies do short shifters?

What upgrade parts should I be looking at? Engine wise...

As a general rule Japanese interiors are poor, even now the latest gtr is a bit uninspiring, we've been looking at xtrails recently again a bit basic but has all the toys like climate controlled glove boxes, were also looking at 3 series bms also a bit boring inside if I'm honest. Getting back to my point though the z32 comes with potentially full electric leather bucket seats, climate control, cruise control, cd changer lots of toys by early 90s standards. Of all nissans probably the best interior very sleek and quality looking, don't forget this was no micra or 350z it was no done on the cheap car, 50k of flagship Japanese super GT by today's rates so a little more care to these things was taken.

You wouldn't go far wrong with either of these. KJZ32 (Keith) is one of the nicest and most respected guys on the forum. I have seen the work that has gone into both of these Zed's, you wouldn't need to do anything for a long time other than keep them clean. Lee Dent rebuilt the engines on them both, Lee knows Zed's inside out and back to front and is a true Zed specialist in every way, these two sound and look sweet.
