Hi Terry, I think you need to put this into prospective, the bumper they can blow those bits in, so it's only the bonnet that needs repainting, just don't do anything you may reget.

Blowing pearls in though is not like blowing in metallic or solid paints. You need to paint a far greater area to be able to blend, you can't do little bits here and there. The bumper will likely have to be completely repainted if there are issues with it.

Im gonna speak to them tomorrow, but i thought it was going so well

Took these of the basecoat, and it looked good, i made him put a drop coat on last of all cause it looked like the last painter put in on to heavy and the pearl flakes sunk in and it wasn't very sparkly,

And it looked great it is a better colour cause the pearl is on top its now a lot more noticeable,

This is only a 2 stage pearl not 3 so the pearl goes in the basecoat.

But when i got it home i noticed the bits,

I have no paint at all on the ends of the bloody bumpers, a big square in the bonnet which is in some of the pics above they must have not feathered the edge out,

I have a run in the back under where the lights are, and all along the side edges of the tailgate its like the paint has run making it look like little icicles...
