Fitted my new steering wheel today:

 

 

Still.need the small covers either side, but I think it suits the car well so far.

Looks cool :thumbup1: and that is a really neat install on the charge point.

karl300zx (now banned) had fitted one to his Z32. I am interested to see it in a car without a garish interior, look forward to seeing it all fitted up! :)

 

His car was stomach-churningly revolting.

 

Would it look extra classy if, rather than light silver, the bits you haven't fitted yet were sprayed a black???

That's the plan tom. Keep them black to suit the rest of the interior.

Not all of them came with buttons. Early ones never did.

All uk cars have at least stereo buttons on one side. GT spec models have cruise on other side.

 

You can get base spec JDM cars that have no buttons at all. That's what I'm fitting

Are you gutting the airbag assembly?

Already done. Airbag was removed from the 350 wheel centre cover before I fitted it.

Looks good dude, glad the wheel went on ok. I agree the plastic inserts should be a darker colour, not silver.
