Very subtle, I'm guessing the cause of the one intercooler vent fin was to follow the line? I've often thought about chopping those out, ice seen it done before and it has looked like well like it's been chopped out but your blends in better. Did you do it all yourself? Looks pretty well blended generally.

Nice job Dave, was looking to do the same on mine having photo shopped it a couple of times, although would remove all the vanes and grille both the rad and cooler vents.

Cut mine away but am not 100% sure on the mess, considering a stillen front lip type 3 at moment.

See! that's why i should ask more questions on the forum...chance are someone has done it already!

I really like!, I think the mesh could be a larger gauge to allow better breathing to the intercooler as theres probably less air getting through in volume than the original and would consider doing the Rad intake as well, all said though a relly nice job! was it difficult to cut and finish? Also agree that on both yours and Daves a Stillen lip would finidh it off nicely as keeping a stock retro look!

Specialist Paintworks Dorset did the work. Scott is the best at what he does and no job is anything less than perfect.

For this bumper he smoothed off the stone chip stuff, blended the fog light ducts, removed one fin from the lower ducts and smoothed out the upper line around the top of the bumper.

Yeah looks OEM pretty much. Would like to see some day shots.

Isn't it a legal requirement to have fog lights?.. or is that just on the rear

Just on the rear. It is however a legal requirement to have a front number plate.... I'll get round to that some time.

I really like it and it does look like a top quality job. Looks quite sleek keeping the top fin.

I think the law still states if it had fogs from factory they dont have to be on the car, but if it does have front fogs on they have to work.

I may be wrong but I think it is for any light on the car apart from reverse light.

Very nice indeed. Looks like the guy has one an extremely professional job. I like it a lot.

Btw, FB link doesn't work??

I have done the rad intake since that previous photo. And yes took abit of work to get smooth after cutting out the grills.

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the positive responses. All credit should really go to Scott at Specialist Paintworks Bridport for his brilliant work. More ideas to come, watch this space.
