Quick update for LakeZ 2014.

Saturday night entertainment is confirmed as follows:

Opening support: Pink as Floyd (Tribute band)

Main act: Midge Ure!

We think we've pulled off something a bit special getting a 80's legend to play our small car event. I hope you all agree.

I'm gonna start a list over on the main thread soon, as we will need to have pretty accurate attendance numbers so we know if the Town Hall is gonna be big enough!

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

You ought to try and get Howard Jones along too. He used to own a 300zx and was a forum member for a while too.

Probably when he used to own one..... :wack:

I posted the link before your post updated on my phone and it wasn't in response to anything, just wanted to post it. :)

IIRC, he had it up for sale about 5 years ago. I think it was sat for quite a number of years before he sold it.

Frank Bruno owned a few of them back in the day.

Howard Jones eh?

I remember seeing him first time round at the Brighton Conference centre....was really good, although most of my concentration was spent on trying to get off with a nice young lady!! ...one more encore and i could have been there Lol!

Cool. I'm a bit bored of them. We ended up not watching them as much last year. Hope the hog roast is back. That was superb

I think that's pretty cool Alex - although not as cool as if he were to turn up in a Z, of course:wink:

I'll sadly not be in attendance at this one though - but enjoy; it looks set to be another great event!!
