it will just need a smaller bat

I know, I was being sarcastic. AMS fitment isn't best known...for its fitment. ;) Hope it goes on OK. You could put the battery in the boot area and put the PAS reservoir up where the battery was.

or put the battery in the boot and fit the window screen washer bottle next to the new over flow tank .if I was fitting the battery in the boot what the best was of getting cable to the boot throw the car or under the car am not very up on wiring

You can get it through the car. There's a large grommet at the bottom of the wheel well (behind the splash guard. You can run the cables along either the sill or alongside the transmission tunnel.

sounds like a plan just looking to find some kind of battery straps to hold the bat in the boot

what amp battery wire should I use ?

It seems *a lot* of work (and cost) for minimal gain to me. If you must do away with the stock overflow why not go this route?

If you have removed the carbon canister there is this much room left, even with the stock overflow in place.

want the battery moved any how to make room for washer bottle to

It's supposed to fit beside the battery without removal. The idea was that it is a header tank aswel as the zed doesn't have one. Where did you buy it from mate obv states, but z1 or ams directly.

ams but my batt is far to big and take up all the room

That tank looks no good as its a sealed top...you would need to somehow vent it so theres no positive pressure building up inside it from under bonnet heat as this would stop the venting of rad water getting in

was going to fit small rubber pipe coming from the cap so if it got to full it could run off
