am a builder by trade, but your to far away .timber cost me £180 clear roof sheets were £190 roof fixings were £17 so wasn't a lot to build

Nice Job Dan...so you can use your tools then and its not all whispers:tt2:

Nice job so far bud. Have you built it with a fall on it or are you adding firring's? That'll be a godsend for working on your Zed

build with a fall firrings are more for flat roofs so you can have the joist in side level and the firrings to get the fall on top.

can build house if you I have plans and have done in the past

As I thought, but looked level in the pics. 400 quid all in is a bargain too. Saved a nice few quid doing it yourself. Keep us updated with progress bud.

I build what you see in the pics in 3 hours on my own witch didn't help but got it done

Coming along nicely!!

I would love that, I have a garage which is a carport someones converted at some point but its rubbish, I can barely get the zed in let alone work on it!!

thanks be nice to have it over the winter that's for sure

its having a clear roof and yes will have some lights in need to flag were ther stone is to

At what point does planning come into it? Obviously you can build a shed but where does the line draw is it about footprint or height or what? I need to build something like this or a small garage at the new house. Trouble is it's gotta go in the front garden, no side access anymore, else I'd build a whacking big z shack.

build control wouldn't come in to this so be fine its only low

how did we ever live without the Paslode hey mate:cool3:..i have 5 and treat them like my kids. When it rains make sure you have the remote for the TV in your right hand as its going to be needed for the volume button...mine on the side of the house make a right racket:biggrin:

Jeez, you don't hang about do you mate. Great work, wish I had something like that to let me work on my zed..
