Another job this winter will be painting my scuttle panel, I have removed it and it feels rough and going white in places, what's the best paint to use?

give it a sand over first and i used a black acrylic paint

just used satin black paint out the tin .now looks like new

I would use a plastic primer first

Carbon dipped at Wicked Coatings, i agree second only to actual carbon ones.

I used plasticote satin black and it came out lovely....
