This is a general warning for those in the south of England, looks like we might get hit with gale force winds up to 80mph, might be an idea if you park your zed out side, to leave it well away from tree's or area's likely to flood, we have a high precipitation chance for Sunday night / Monday.

Id hate to see a post of someones car being crushed by an up routed tree, 80mph winds are strong enough to cause that, especially mixed with heavy rain that would saturate the ground leaving it in prime condition for a tree to be up routed.

Thats why garages where invented to keep your car away from wind and rain and foling trees :)

Not every one has the luxury of a garage though, and thats who this warning was intended for ;)

Yeah. We had a really bad thunderstorm yesterday. Fountains coming out of grids etc. luckily we live on top of a hill but still came back to our neighbours sweeping out their flooded garage. We have cemented a lip front n back to keep the water out!

Just been out in my Z for the last time this year. Locked away in the garage now until spring with a dust-sheet on. :)

Well I am expecting mine to take some damage….. Stuck on driveway, garage needs rebuilding and my roof tiles are all loose above the Z…….

Problem is being SORN and nowhere to go…...

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

Normal winter winds around here are around 60/70mph so no biggie :lol:

Only problem is I'm towing my caravan tomorrow on a 5 hr trip lol

I know. Dad spat he tea out when I said I was getting one and not stop taking the pee since. But it is modded lol

Got sick of paying around £500 a week for a cottage :(

It's a laugh though I enjoy it was thinking of selling the 3rd car and putting a detachable bar on the zed?

Is this yours!?

You put a tow bar on a Z to tow a caravan and I will hunt you down and set fire to your caravan! JESUS!

£500 is a small price to pay not to have to have a caravan!

You have a caravan Dave!?!?!? Bwhahahahaahahaah! :p

Indeed..:lol::lol::lol:

Dont listen to funky Dave....i myself can see the joy of eating cornflakes out of a plastic bowl in a farmers field while scanning the surrounding trees and picking one for a constipated shite clutching your damp toilet paper fighting off wasps and blue bottle flys the size of pigeons.

You make it sounds so Idyllic mate..lol. Nowt worse than having to have a bush turd with a force nine whistling through your gusset!

Pmsl no we have a nice 5 berth, bit big for a first caravan but in at the deep end. We're off to a 5 star site and it has better bathroom and showers than at home. Got granite work tops and underfloor heating etc

Sounds alright that mate tbh. Be careful in those winds though, don't want to see pictures of you clinging on to a caravan roof on the news!

Yeah already thought about that lol. Double checked tyre pressures etc. Setting off early so i can go steady. Should be cozy with the the rain :)

dont think we are getting the winds up here Dave till tomorrow night and even then it might miss the North West with its full force

Yeah I will be in Whitby by then and all set up. The site is nice and sheltered as well :)

Looks like it will miss us but I will be moving everything away from the car just incase.
