Another vote for Toad. The Toad Ai606 in particular seems to be one of those alarms that does its job, and does it well.

toad or clifford seems 2b the common alarm systems in zeds, i have clifford a clifford 650 in mine drives me doolaly resetting itself. i have a couple of toad alarms from a fto breaker and a zed breaker

I would go for sigma which is the pro-fit only bit of toad. It's a much smaller and more modern system with a tiny li-ion battery back up siren that's easily fit under the z bonnet. It is also the only alarm that has key guard built in as standard. This means that you have to type in a unique 4 digit pin into the alarms keypad to switch the immobiliser off even if you have nicked the keys!

I can do you a SIGMA S30 or a TOAD Ai606 for the same price £250 installed with a cert.

Would me as the owner have to do this every time i got in the car??

thats a good price, does it include the motor that is required for the drivers door to be able to use remote central locking?

Also where would fitting be?

It would mean you doing it but I don't have to activate it when installed, it's just another level of protection. I would throw the motor in aswell at that price as your a club member.

We're abouts are you?

Just seen your in Basildon as well, My children live on Canvey and go down once a month to pick them up for the weekend.

How long does it take to fit the alarm?

Neil

Stick an extra £20 on for fuel and I'd come to yours.

I can do it in around 4 hours, is there something on it now? What condition is your wiring in behind the dash?
