The parts seems to be the same that Nissan Patrol and we can find its on EBay.

I'm not convinced there's any difference between the 98 kit Vitor as the kits share the same part number.

It's only the syncros that were changed for a harder material, I believe the casings, bearings and gearsets to be identical.
