Tyres i know?

Watching the pennies but not that much to buy crap tyres. I have on the front 9 inch wheels 235 40 18 on Toyo proxes T1 Sport

and was about to order some of the same tyre on the back only 265 35 18 for £136. online normaly retail in shop around £170 mark. Then i now came across Toyo proxes C15 ONLY THE NEXT SIZE UP AT 275 35 18 For £128. each and they rate at 4.7 out of 5 and the ones i put on the front rate at 4.2 whitch is still a good tyre. You see , what would you lot do ? bigger tyre and cheaper or stick with whats on the front and stay with the 265 and pay a little more, but the other tyre has a better rate?

235 on a 9" wheel isn't right unless you're going for that awkward looking 'stretched' look. With a 9" wide wheel, you want 265 or 275.

235 on the front on the nines look fine and the 275 were yo go on the 10 inch rear but my question hasnt been awnsered so im going for the 275s

In sure if u go for the 275 rears really u would need 245 on the front to get rolling radius right....

Surely you just change profiles? I've got 225/40/18 up front and 265/35/18 at the rear they both have the same rolling diameter.

Im sure 235 40 18 and 265 35 18 have same rolling radius.

225 40 18 would normally have 255 35 18.

225 40 18 and 265 35 18 have the same rolling radius

but i moved up to 235 40 18 on the front so to keep it within the rolling radius im going up to 275 35 18 if you get me.
