Cheers Gio, I have got that lot, less the VAT 414, hopefully that will arrive sooner than later. Just annoying that I rung both the DVLA and the Customs and Excise people before sending the paperwork to try and ensure everything was in order. Hopefully the VAT form should arrive any day now.

Can't find the right page on HMRC to tell if this is still the right one - but it's the one I used in 2011. Maybe quote the ref at the bottom of the page to the VAT helpline would let them confirm?

At long last my car is now legally on the road!! Number plates now fitted, going for a blast up to Derby on Saturday then getting the new roof fitted.

Spoke with Paul a few times through the stages of getting it on the road. There seems to have been a change with the import process since Gio and others members purchased the cars from me, introduction of this NOVA form.

 

Anyway glad it's all sorted. Need to see pics now with the new hood fitted Paul?
