SPL Pro range, lovely build quality.

Upper Front, and matching Tension Rods, Upper Rear, Will get you started. (although SPL didn't finish their Fr Upper yet)

You can add Traction/toe later. Lower not really needed tbh.

just had the driftworks camber arms fitted on mine, mechanic said they seem like a great bit of kit but obviously time will tell

Most of it is Taiwan Tat. Made with cheap sperical bearings etc that will wear out much quicker than any original Nissan part even if you keep it greased.

However I have it on mine as do many other members.

Mine is mixed makes picked up in various deals ... as you do.:sneaky2:

Others like Jaikai just get it all in one hit from one source.

Your call really

At what point do we need to start thinking about these. My cars dropped by 30mm all round and the alignment still aligns.

there is a simple answer to that one that might seem like Im being a smartass but just think about it for a moment, cos Im trying to make you think about it yourself.

You need to have adjustable suspension when you know what settings you want to run without any reference to a Nissan manual. Ie your own settings for Tracking/rear tracking. Camber F + R and castor.

Many members will be perfectly happy with the car the way Nissan intended.

Those who want something else need fully adjustable stuff to acheive their aim.

IMO HTH etc etc:flowers:

Unless you must use adjustable arms for alignment settings I'd say keep the stock arms. You're getting more noise and vibrations in the cabin for next to zero cornering improvement. If you dig through the old books on the development of the Z32 suspension you'll understand where I'm coming from. + Most adjustable rear arms are in fact heavier. You'll find more improvement when it comes to tension rod bushings, subframe bushings, chassis reinforcement etc.

most arms are similar, ive noticed finish is a big factor though the cheap ones are nasty and rust up quickly. obviously the spherical bearings are also real cheap on the ebay specials. I have a full set of godspeed arms but they are not that great, but ive repainted them all now.

if you can afford it, spl are proper quality

I have their coilovers and they are fantastic

Z1 have started to offer a set that utilise energy suspension bushings as apposed to spherical bearings. There is a lot of demand for them and they're selling faster than they can produce them so naturally they're pricey.

It's a bit of a lottery with these arms that I've seen over the years, cheap brands and top brands failing after relatively little use, some with track use and others with street use, Z1 claim to have designed the solution with their arms but its early days for feedback on them, SPL stopped producing theirs due to failures. For these reasons I have relented any front camber correction and like probably 95% of other people using or considering using them, I don't know if I even need to!

I guess the answer is when the stock level of adjustment no longer meets your requirements. What I was referring to though is this "you need aftermarket adjustable arms if your going lower to stop you eating tyres" thing we all hear.
