Which spark plugs?

It's been three years since they were changed and I have a faulty plug, which ones do I need and where's the best place to get them?

 

It's a 92 uk twin turbo

    LOL... just a quick search on 'spark plugs' gives heaps of info an what is best for what depending on your cars mods, in fact it was discussed twice last week...

    stock car stock boost best with a heat range 6 plug am running 14psi of boost and some other mods so am using a heat range 7
