Was writing a post and the little yellow flag kept popping up telling me it was saved. well i screwed up and closed down the browser. so how do i go back to my draft?

It will only autosave whilst the browser is open, its not autosave as in will save to a file somewhere, its to stop you losing a long thread through inactivity.

So when you go back to the post where you lost your typed content there should be a restore content option as follows :

 

 

 

Just click this and ta da it magically appears again..
