tear off all you can and then clean up with either graffiti remover or acetone.

A complete freelander(not front window) took me under 2hrs to remove all tints using these.

Sorry to jump in but my tailgate glass is purple, was gonna change the whole glass,

Was wondering if the tint is removable, will it damage the heated rear screen.

yes it will damage the heating strips when removed. I used a steam cleaner (wallpaper stripper) when I removed mine

If you're careful (and depending on the type and quality of tint) the semester strips can survive. Mine have.

Cheers guys ill have a go or when it goes for respray I have a spare rear screen/tailgate I will swap it over...
