Looking for a yellow to sort the z and I found someone selling this three layer pearl paint

very nice color but the only problem i found with most pearl colors is it fades/bleach's very quick

Nice colour, make sure it would be easy to get a match in case of any mishaps.

Nice colour any decent painter with there bodyshop should keep on there records the paint codes and the mix, that said, if your going for a colour chage theres nothing stoping you keeping a ltr in the shed. As for fading then make sure the bodyshop use the correct laqure for the job then it wont fade.nice choice

Its a very nice colour indeed .

Be aware that three stage pearl will be nore expensive to buy.

More expensive in labour to apply

And over time it "WILL "fade even with UV resistant lacquer.

You cant touch in or part redo panels in pearl. Any future damage will mean a whole panel repaint

However on a sunny day like today pearl finishes are just fab:cool2::cool2::cool2:

The colour is lambo pearl yellow. Looks lovely in the sun, which is most days cos it lives in Malaysia!!!

How's the paint holding up in the sun.

Will ask to see if the paint shop can mix up that, I'd really like to use a paint to a code as the stuff I'm looking at is an in house colour

Great colour, and having a yellow zed myself ( primer at the minute lol) ive gone for hello yellow, which is a smart car colour but looks wicked on white primer.

 

My only fear of the three stage pearl is getting a stone chip and being a daily driver, its inevitable for me, but as a show or weekend car ideal.

Im looking at yellow too, Ive done the interior but only thought of fiat yellow as of yet cos when I did my last zed orange it didn't turn out fantastic. I'll probally end up with some sort of dip. Bumblebee pearl does look nice I'd go with that if I was paying a pro to do it.

I like yellow! Several years ago I had my red mr2 resprayed in ford zinc yellow. Looked great!

Are you changing the gun metal bits to jet black, yellow or keeping them gun metal?
