How much have you spent on the zed this year or planning to?

So my zeds in the body shop getting a rear arch tuck and a quick prep of the sills after I took the old skirts off.

That's only cost me less than £150 but just bought 4 new 19" falken tyres and got a kirb fixed.

Then next month I plan a full strip down and respray which will be about 1500 as i'm stripping her myself.

Plan to renew all the rubbers with new and get some new lights so all in i'm gonna be close to £2,500 this year.

And this year I will be ready for JAE

Next year i'm wanting to go for an engine rebuild then new interior.

Big plans for my lady still to come.

so far on the zed this year its been

-new grooved discs and brembo pads.

-235/35/19 falken tyres for the front

-Tein HR coilovers all round

-HKS ALC for the auto-ecu (great mod by the way, love it)

-new front crystals as i've managed to melt my other ones (whoops!)

-SFS Heater matrix hoses

then in sept time, depending on the feedback I get from Jeff/Lynda, she should be off to zedworld to have all the rusty bits chopped out and new ones fabricated. dont get me wrong, shes no rusty hulk, but some bits underneath and around the front turrets are letting her down!

I've had my black TT for just about 2 years, when i bought her i spent 4k as she was pure stock and auto.

Done a manual conversion 6 months later, transplanted my other interior from my NA, changed the wheels

about three times, installed meisters, changed just about everything under to driftworks stuff making it all

fully adjustable.

All previous work done was to make it more stable road wise so now i'm looking to fix her up cosmetically.

At present spent nothing but by the end of the year il have spent around 2k new bumpers front and back, side skirts, carbon dipping, alloy repair, custom wrap oh and repair from the crash lol

I spend about 30k on my slick top before I Brooke it ,over 5years and started

On my vert and spent 5k this year already, the joys of a Z

only started work on it at the beginning of january but i've spent 2K on my NA already, although a large bit of that was welding, and the rest was tyres and a nice concept Z order, think im going to spend at least another 2K if i can afford it this year. got the power train and suspension to do yet. possibly more if i get the bodywork done. depends the guys at work are still trying to convince me to get a skyline.

just scared myself looking at a pile of receipts from my old Zed. lol

I try very hard to not count any more! Used to have a spreadsheet with all my spending, stopped updating it when the total got silly, that was about 3yrs ago ...

Hmmm, where do I start......

£25 spent so far on new pads.

£0 planned for the rest of the year.

Cost me nothing 18 months ago (swapped it for a Forester SF5 T/tb I won 2 yrs previously on eBay for £440). Most I've spent so far in one go is £130 for a 2nd hand FMIC kit from (adl) phoenix. Probably have about £800 tied up in it, cheapest 12s daily I've ever had. The joys of owning a Zed
