is it some kind of safety feature on manual gear box ? i can`t get in first gear while car is moving ... only on full stop i can get it in first gear

Nope, should slot in, you have the OEM gearstick so its not a short shift problem, to me that sounds like the clutch needs adjusting like ive said before.

sounds like the Biting point is a little low and its keeping th gear box gears spinning ..

on the clutch pedal at the top there is an adjuster bolt .. u need to Lengthen it some more

yep agreed did this myself the other week also checked the fluid and did alittle bleed works better then ever now

if your moving why would you want to slot it into first ......poor valves !!! second on boost is plenty quick enough ..doing that you will spin it and end up wrapped round a tree

i had this once on a clutch set up ... i ended up just making a Longer Push rod for the slave cylinder .. by about 1/2" longer

i done the same on a nissan cabstar which ironicly has the identical slave as a zx
