Black 2+2.... Wheel ideas......

Decisions to be made:

1. Dish or concave.

2. Black or silver.

Don't want to put my ideas up, I'd like to see others opinions.

So, a link to a wheel, a picture of your/a car you know of for inspiration......anything.

Help! :D

As long as they are deep dish with a low profile they will look good.

I like some tyre on my rims though, well enough to protect them from UK roads anyway lol

man invents wheel then progreses to put a band of rubber around the cast iron rim....then comes air tires and man has come to the pinical of design. Then man decides to go back in time and re-fits a band of rubber around a metal rim and decides to find a cure for kidney stones and trapped wind:huh:

Varrstoen are readily available in the uk. Go to their UK website and check out the authorised dealers section. They're quite a few dotted around and all seem to have stock. I nearly bought a set of 2.2.2's before I bought some Volk's. Have you considered the size and offsets yet as they can be quite an aggressive fitment.

I found their website and all companies so far have yet to reply to my emails :(

19×9.5 +0 & 19×10.5 +12

Seen the results, probably drive like a pig but it'll look good and the 350 is standard setup for driving :)

Yeah th varrsltoens were my first choice really, so I'm just trying to look at alternative ones as I believe the varrstoens are rather difficult to get hold of :(

Yup - get those mate! They are like BBS LM replicas; the BBS LM wheels are perfect for a 300zx. But original BBS will be expensive!!

I'll have to carry out a little arch tweaking I imagine, but the rears are due a touch up anyway so not a problem :)

Ok, so after a bit of tinkering today i've decided which wheels to get........

Neither of the two that i planned on this thread.

I am also not going to say which they are until i have them :D

A similar setup to the afore mentioned yes! :)

I imagine it will be the summer hols before I get round to it.........

I think you'll like them though! ;)

  • 3 weeks later...

I think it's just the way the light catches the arches! As far a i am aware the arches have not been modified... :)

I was hoping you knew as I think mine are going to need a slight tinkering when my wheels arrive.....

Those really suit your car though!
