  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Need to set the final height as its a bit low. Here's a little peek, excuse its filthiness, it's covered in quite a few months of dust!

Looking very nice Joely.

Nissan 0 Redwine 2!

Managed to get both 02 sensors removed today! Well relieved.

Hopefully get the OEM ones early next week

Managed to get a few pieces of trim in today, happy with my work and in particular the armrest and the 'T' section behind it, this was never just right, 'T' section was not bolted in at the bottom and the hinge on the arm rest was incorrect...now everything is sweet .

Then I did the glove box area and again just being very thorough in putting all fixings in and the correct ones, also just re-covering/tweaking where needed as I go and trying my best to eliminate those unsightly 'folds'.

Looking great Andy...is that the trim kit you had in the box on the garage floor?

Nailed the heads back on and fitted the timing belt today...waiting for report on my tubs now then see what he can do with tweaking wheels.

it rained all day so no chance of doing anything although i did get my new filters in the post so hoping i can get them on tommoz and the bumper rad oil cooler and all that off for when my water pump and stat arrive next week.

Did a bit of road mapping before the heavens opened. Was hoping to get to Santa Pod, but not enough time.

Certainly is Bri, chose it myself but got for Xmas from the wife.

It's from Khalid at interior-innovations in the USA and was £150 or thereabouts delivered, so not an arm and a leg but I do expect to pay about £100 to my trimmer guy on top of this cost, half of the value was the pieces which are all cut roughly the correct size and shape, then I got brake and shift gaitors, chunky OEM style gear knob and OEM style hand brake handle and all these are nicely done in the same colour and with black stitching, am very happy with it and it's coming along very nicely .

Drove through what i thought was a puddle today and had water up to my head lights, but the old girl didnt let me down she made it and drove all the way to London as well

Yeah. I feel a bulb removal coming on - its annoying!!

Whahey! Drove the car today and the light has gone out

Put a new engine cover on, the first of many engine mods. Probably shoudve left it till the end but wanted to see what it looked like

Apart from the door cards I think I've done all the other bits of trimming, here is that shift knob and hand brake handle all fitted which I mentioned earlier, a bit different not being black I know .
