  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Today nothing, but I did take the Zed out for a little drive the other day - and stopped for a couple of pics. Any excuse 😉

I have been considering more wrap around Brian than just flat lenses for an even more OEM modern look but getting some and then hoping they are at the correct angle, cutting them to look flush/neat could be tricky, room or lack of at the back is another consideration.

There are some led signal mirror backs for our cars but I don't think they are produced anymore and are or were very pricey.

These will do for now but as ever I shall keep options open with regard to changing/improving them :cool3:.

Hmmmmm a series off slits running from a narrow one at the front of the mirror to a wide on at the back...... nahh on second thoughts fook it let's make them chevrons.....then take a handfull of 'oblong' LEDs and a bit of my 'electrowizardry' or whatever someone called it..... and we could have a bit of a result in the pipeline here m8 :winkiss:

just put the generator in the garage takeing the exhaust off today and start takeing the gearbox off got to take a new member of the family with me a 8 months staff orders from the wife may not get much done we will see

Well put the Zed on ramps to fit a Japspeed Cat-Back system then it plummets to -4.5 so thought balls to doing that now, went back in the house for a warm brew, i know i should invest in a heater!!

take them to a tyre place hand them over they put the tyres on .. then you hand over your hard earned cash once the job has been completed cuz they are not going to it them self :)

Good plan! Following that I think I'll need a little phone call to arch enemy...

Well, as I've been driving on gritted roads, I treated Zebedee to a mini valet so now he's all clean and shiny inside and out. However, as with most zeds, no good deed goes unpunished, and now I've noticed my seatbelt light is on. Huh

I agree - having seen it at Jeff's the other year, I have to say it's one of my all time favourites. A mint real '99-spec TT manual....

I have a seatbelt light on my ZX too BTW.....!!
