Closing date for purchase of your tickets is 16th March

As the Z Club has sold all of the 60 car entrance tickets we initially paid for the organisers have agreed to let have increase the size of the Z Area as long as we inform them and pay for the extra tickets we require by the 16th of March

 

So if you want to attend this event and want to have your Z with the other 60 plus Zs that will be there you need to pay for your ticket now ( This year the ticket is per car no matter how many passengers you bring with you)

 

 

We also have places on three different track sessions available so you are not restricted to just one track session

On the left hand side of the page you will see the "Donate" button.

Click on it and you will be asked to log onto paypal.

Where it says "anything you need to tell us" in blue, please complete, copy and paste in the following info.

 

Username....

Name..........

Ticket type.... EG Entry, entry and tracktime.

Address.

 

I know your address should show up on your paypal payment but it makes it easier if its in this message to ensure that tickets will go to the correct address as sometimes the payee address is different to delivery address

they normally arrive with us 2 weeks before event and we then post them out the next day

Final list of names and what time track session people are in

There are no more tickets/pases available to enable you to get your car in the Z Area inside the circuit al you can pay on the gate but will have to park in the public car park though

 

The three Track sessions are

Session P 14.00 and coloured Blue

Session Q 14.18 and coloured Red

Session Y 16.42 and coloured Green

I hope you all have a great time there as I can not attend and request that plenty of photos are taken of the whole range of the Zs that are there together with some of the owners so people can put names to faces

 

Sorry about the size of the first table maybe a mod/admin can resize it

Hey if anyone drops out of japfest I would happily but there ticket and or track session off of them

Hope its not mega hot, 2 back to back track sessions will be a killer on a hot day. Cant wait though. 1 month to go I belive. Cheers for sorting everything out Steve. Shame you cant go, always next year I suppose.

Just received this from the organizers today -

I am emailing regarding your Japfest Club Passes.

 

Your order has been posted today and is on it's way to you by the postal method you requested, so you should recieve this shortly.

 

Tickets should arrive tomorrow, I will post them on Saturday for delivery early next week.

last year was odd, weather was a bit overcast and cool but I still came home hot and sunburnt :s

Hope the wheather is good too as taken my vert....

What's the rules with Targa tops for the track sessions. Assuming the weather holds up of coarse. Sure I saw the MX5,s with their roofs off in past years.
