Im 95% sure i wont do it the only reason I have is that there is talk of cuts next month and given i have just bought a house i need to think of family 1st.

Im sure it wont come to it but have to have a plan B. A couple of members are aware of the scenario i am in.

Well decided I am definitely not going to get rid. On the auction I put a high reserve as it was to put the feelers out just in case. I'm going to dig deep and keep.

So in previous posts if anyone has any of the parts let me know. Also what's the deal with getting these converted to a manual cost wise and a twin turbo Engine be put in.

God I needed that wake up call.

Decided to start the passion wagon today and noticed a couple of things which I didn't before. Well firstly I noticed the smell of oil and there appears to be a very slight drop onto the exhaust (pic below) also what are these two pipes? Should they be like this or is it something to do with the matrix as also I noticed the drivers side carpet to be damp. Not mechanically minded so no sarcasm. On a plus note they car will be going to be sprayed in the Easter holidays oh I've been dreaming of that day.

Hope the responses don't mean doom and gloom

So what does that mean in simpler terms. Why would they by pass it?

Woah, thought that looked like a straighter car than that.

Please tell me it isn't serious

The heater matrix can fail and leak onto the carpets in the cabin. It's behind the dash and is quite a job to replace ( unless you're a magician like jeffTT) so the quickest way to stop the leak is to bypass the matrix with a pipe between the two points on the engine (sacrificing the heater). I've got a full manual conversion coming out soon if you wanted to go that route mate.

I've got a spare set of new SFS heater matrix hoses which you can have as you're giving me those lights.
