Yes I saw that also looks mint. Did you also see the orange show car? I thought personally it looked like Ed the Duck (apologise if it is anyones on here) Not worth the 6Kplus its going for in my books.

looks very nice that one...iff its a 1 owner car and the engine bay is as clean as the rest then i think its worth that money all day:thumbup1:

would love that, wonder if its the one kirby klan owned, that was mint

wish i had the cash, would love it and its in the right color

Lovely!!

does look really nice but 6k seems a bit steep?

Do you think so? I'd say that £6k for a clean, straight, non-rusty, UK spec manual with a genuine 66k miles is well worth the money...!! As Gary says, that is where we want to be with prices - and good ones should always command such premiums. Hell I'd buy that like a shot if I were in the market for another 300zx.

Looks like it's missing the engine under-tray though....

Richard:thumbup1:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Seems alot but strong prices are a benefit to us owners.... Long may it continue

Lovely!!

Good spot Rich:detective: I looked and looked at the pics but missed that. But if its rust free and driving well then its a gem:yes:

i was under the inpretion that all uk models came with dk grey cloth or was that a choice cas mine has cloth?

Front wheels are the wrong way round as well. Would that knock a few quid off the price?

These wheels were designed to wind anal people up (myself included!)

Bit like the Escort XR3 dogleg and RST wheels...

That is very very lovely! So nice to see an original example stock as a rock etc! Perfect and worth every penny and then some!

Let's hope it sells at that price within a reasonable timeframe, would be good to see prices start to rise due to desirability and not rarity.

yeah i thought the Indicators should be Normal semi transparent plastic not smoked as this was for the later 98/99 spec cars

Hi guys,

The one OP posted about was mine. Thought I'd take a look on here to see if anyone spotted it for sale and they clearly had. I part Ex'd her as I have a big dog now and me and the missus have a baby on the way so the 'practical' nature of the car didn't really exist any more ;).

I don't want to slam the car as it was precious to me and I'd love to see it go to a good home. But in reality it is a Z and as we all know they have their faults, this one included, so chaps, if anyone is interested then be careful when negotiating the price, and as with any car start it from cold.

I'm not going to talk about prices as like you guys, I want to see the prices of these beauties driven upwards so don't ask what I got for it. It wouldn't be fair on the garage. What I will say is it's currently for sale at what I paid for it 18 months ago. I think Jeff has seen the best part of £2k from my wallet to sort the car out mechanically, but to be honest it could use a bit more cash throwing at it.

Oh, and if anyone wondered I went for a hot hatch, Japanese obviously. :)

I've been looking for well over a year now and I've just seen this one for sale which is the perfect spec that I'm after but what do you lot think about the price, 6k a bit too much ?

jimmynixx any chance I can have your number for a chat about your ex car as I'm interested in buying it but need more info.
