And then left again.......................:winkiss:

Then the younger one came back........................

and is still here!!!:hammer:

They belong to the "boomerang generation"

ill be dead before I get rid of them finally!!:lol::lol:

they recon the average age to perminatly leave home now is 32! 30 fecking 2! weve technically left now at 26 however were really struggling to both rent and save. good jobs are so hard to come by for us youngens these days. too many people working way longer and holding onto their place in the ladder. fortunately katie has now got a job albeit part time. so we can stop dipping into the deposit fund again, just gotta top it up again. grrr. so if you want a cheap tt manual next year you might be worth watching this space lol cos il probally be brassic.

Our eldest went to Uni in Greenwich but packed it in after a year and now back home again messing up the house!!! Be glad of the peace and quiet when you get it lol.

It is hard to leave them but they WILL enjoy it :)

LOL...back in the day i got booted out at 17 and had to look after my younger sister who go booted out at 15:eek:

Yep i know he will, just had a text off him, going out clubbing! Ho i wish! i'll be in bed for 10pm

Bath is a wicked place to go to Uni......he'll be wasted tonight already lol :)

And many of us Dads understand how hard it is.

I "helped " with the deposit for my oldest girl(29 now)

And untill she came home my younger one (24) was renting a house that I own with her now ex partner.

What I said above about them was just in fun.

I love them both to bits and they will never need to worry about a place to stay while Im alive.

My longer term plan is that they wont need to worry if/when I go either.

At least he's gone somewhere nice. Bath is luvly and it's a safe place to live. I went to college in London and lived in tooting. Never felt safe once you stepped outside the student halls

I'm only down the road from Bath, if he needs to get out or wants to see different parts of the cities etc or just wants to hang out let me know :), What is your son studying dude
