OEM 300zx wheels question

Hi peeps!

Ive fitted some oem 300zx wheels to my mr2 turbo with 205/45/ & 225/45 tyres.

The wheels l got are from a turbo model. Or at least they where sold as turbo wheels & had 205/55/& 225/50 tyres fitted. So it seemed to add up. My understanding is that the N/A 300zx wheels are all the same width while the turbos have wider rear rims. Which is what l need for the mr2.

My 225 tyres look perfect but the 205 tyres look slightly stretch. Whats the standard tyres sizes as im just wondering if l have 4 rear rims? Or as standard do the fronts look a little stretch when compared to the rears?

Many thanks.

Hi Adam, only the UK model had the wider rear rims and are 245. All JDM oem rims regardless of engine were the same 225.

Cheers thanks for the help. Bet mine are JDM then that would explain why the fronts appear stretched.

I take it my rims are 7.5in?

Yup, they will be mate - as steams said only the UK/USA spec twin turbo cars had wider rears and they were 8.5 wide....

.....welcome to our club by the way Adam!

Thanks the welcome and help!

Are the 7.5 and 8.5in rims the same offset?
