Gonzo12c
I might see you on A1/M1 as im heading down early on the bike. The tab washers on the 4 nuts onto the manifold stop them coming loose as there is no washers on them and they are just plain nuts.

Found a vac line off ... :) but all so had a Heat problem Temp kept on up and down like an air block ... and on the way home is got worse and temp went just above 100c ...Way to hot well anyways just take thermostat out ... with boiling water it was only opening around 2>3mm not allowing the water to flow .. Stuck another one in and all is well new one opens 12>14mm ish all working fine now
Eggs
Did you get that crankcase windage kit in the end Mark? What about a baffled sump or Accusump as I presume you will track it?
MarkDerby
i didnt non of the above ... it will only see a few tracks a year but only for short time the windage thingy ... what it didnt tell u on the site but only found out by doing some research you had to butcher the sump pan to make it fit the sump its self has quite alot of baffling all ready .. will just make sure its up at the right level if not just a little more
MarkDerby
Engine is back together again :) after turbo sticking and damaging the new build i did a few months ago so i got my self a set of new manifolds and uprated fuel pump in the middle of making a parallel fuel rail thought i pain up some engine bits :) had to get a new rail due to the machine shop not doing as i asked ... wanted it gas welding but instead they used ark-weld the thing leaks like a sprinkler :( ... so going to retry again
