As you can see its not good, the other side is probably as bad at the back, the middle section is a bit better. My Zed is now on jacks and we have a MIG welder, so looks like we're giving it a shot.
My question is this - how many sections are there to the sills? I'm guessing we have the inner sill, the internal bit with the holes -

Lets theoretically say I'm replacing all of it, inner and outer, how easy are these to source and what's the average cost?
The inner sill doesn't need to look nice, so could be fabricated or some box steel used, but the outer sills will probably have to be purchased if I'm unable to salvage them.
I've never done this level of chassis / body work before, so if what I'm saying doesn't sound right please let me know! lol
